Emerald Ash Borer (EAB)
AdultS: 1/3-1/2 inch long, 1/8 INCH WIDE, metallic olive to emerald green; active MAY-AUGUST; LARVAE cause damage to ash trees by eating tissue below the bark.
The EAB Task Force meets virtually on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 1-2pm. Please email the OISC Coordinator for an invitation to join the meeting and learn more about the status of EAB management in the state.
